Went to title vehicle after purchase - NO TITLE PAPERWORK OR TITLE. Was promised a operators manula by salesman Robbie Pigford, but never heard from him. Sent an email and left message with no response. I finally purchased a new set online for $50! Less than desireable sales and financing staff. If you want to be treated right see Joe Hurtz at Capital City. Won't by anything else from here, sales staff only concerned about the sale!
Love how they work with Capital One users with Pre-qualified status. Convenience yes.. Those looking for floor Prices I'd look elsewhere there are better deals. They spam your email if the few attempts to call fails. Be cautious always out there.
My salesman was the absolute greatest. I was shopping for a used car and he was great with helping me and when there was an issue right after I got he did not hesitate to help take care of it. I would definitely use him whenever I needed a car. He is very honest.

He is honest and does his best for his customer. I will be ordering a new truck in the next year or so and I plan on using Pete Rans as he is always great to work with.

I’ve had my Ram pickup oil changed there twice. The service was good. Waiting area is nice. While waiting, I wandered through the showroom and sales lot. Apparently the salesmen aren’t interested in selling anything. Not one of them acknowledged me or asked if they could help me. I’ll continue to make my vehicle purchases elsewhere I guess.
Zach Hardin is a really good sales person and takes his time to get you into what you need and want. He’ll do his best to work with you and if very kind. Will always recommend going to him for a new vehicle. This is the 4th car I got from him and it was worth it.
